That flckr baby was left in the onesie overnight. Kind of like putting a baby in an Aerosmith t-shirt to sleep in, you just would’nt do it. As a new parent, you should avoid putting kids in printed clothing overnight. It’s pretty basic baby care - kids can’t move themselves when they are really young and this baby was left on its stomach overnight and it’s skin got irritated from the lack of breathability of the screened image. Could be a latex / vinyl allergy as well.
