HAHAHAHA! But I know it was a joke.

Golly Gee Beav, I don't know what to tell ya. I never got the impression that your site was stagnant. I suppose a good question to ask yourself is what your goals are for blogging. If you're looking for more traffic or something like that then tutorials are always great and folks like me who struggle with design will love ya for it.

But if you're just in it to have fun and make friends then hey, who cares what the statistics say?

I read your entries through RSS and then come here to comment if the article strikes a chord with me.

I never visit anyone's Virb or Facebook.

Your design is tops, no doubt about that.

Re: cdharrison.com » archive » Help Me Help You

tgpo: That's sick and wrong on so many levels.

Re: cdharrison.com » archive » Help Me Help You

Moving forward, you'll be able to find the graphic novel posts exclusively over at The Tenth Wonder podcast website. I'll no longer be adding Wiikly Updates as well.

More Photoshop and web dev-related posts are in the works.

A minor design realignment will be released in about a month. I've been working on prototypes for a while now, and will start implementing the design changes soon.

As for reposting content elsewhere... I'm still torn about what to do with this... I'll make a decision on this within the next day or so.

Re: cdharrison.com » archive » Help Me Help You

Oops sorry if my comment looks so disjointed, I forgot that it would strip the ordered list html tags. :P Feel free to fix it as necessary Chris. Each line should corresponds to your 4 questions above.

Re: cdharrison.com » archive » Help Me Help You

Can't think of anything at the moment.
Definitely would like to see more Photoshop and/or web design development tutorials.
Yeah, I think it's usable enough.
I subscribe to the RSS feed and do visit the site to make comments. I didn't know you re-posted content on Virb or Facebook until today actually, guess I was more caught up in the pictures and videos. :) But either way I would prefer to read your posts on your blog instead of Virb/Facebook.

Re: cdharrison.com » archive » Help Me Help You

Chris, I don't think your site is too stagnant. I know you haven't been updating as much lately, but my poor little site is stagnant :(

1. One thing on your site I always skip over is the graphic novel post, its just something I'm not interested in reading. Depending on how much attention those pages get, you might consider posting them less frequently.
I would like to see more game/movie reviews. I do enjoy your posts on technology (e.g., Why I won’t be getting an iPhone). Also, see my response to question number two.
2. I'm think some more tutorials would be great (both Photoshop and web design/development).
3. Your site's design is very user friendly and looks great.
4. I subscribe to the RSS feed and visit the site to make comments. I do not read any re-posted content on Virb or Facebook. I don't even know the web address of your Virb or Facebook accounts. Maybe they should be linked to more often. Either way, I'll still just use this cdharrison.com to read your posts.
